Project	Dispatcher service “Taxi 068” is the biggest taxi company in Saint Petersburg. Not this service handles more than 50% orders of taxi daily by phone in the city. Within framework of global project of total replacement of software-hardware complex of the service the main purpose for ERP-system of Microsoft Dynamics NAV was automation of work place of payroll accountant. The following tasks have been solved within framework of the project: Establishment of work place of payroll accountant, which enables online tracing debt of customers, issue receiving papers on the grounds of services provided by dispatcher control; Integration of Microsoft Dynamics NAV with self-made CRM system of order accounting and call handling centre.

Results	Regular support on the use of system functions to ensure accounting requirements stipulated by corporate standards and accounting policies of the Customer has been performed within framework of the project. Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV system in Dispatcher Service “Taxi 068” enabled significant reduction of routine operations of payroll accountant. Implementation of the system resulted in reduced labor costs for several times. At the moment consulting and technical support of the solution is ensured.
